It can complete one-color to four color printing, slitting, creasing and angle cutting on corrugated board at one process. It is featured with chain paper feeding, stable driving, and successful feeding for curved paperboard. It is provided with auto counting to control the quantity of production, 360 degree electrical regulation for printing roller. The anilox roller can be released from printing plate. The auto idle running system for upper ink roller can ensure that the ink on the roller will not dry in case of temporary stop. The ink tank is made of stainless steel to prevent from rusting. Pneumatic ink supplementing and filtering system and ink circulation system are provided. It is widely used to the production of carton made of three or five layers of corrugated board.
Paper feeding unit
It adopts the chain-like paper feeding method and the speed is steplessly controlled and adjusted. Light control counter will set the order quantity in advance and plan the production.
Elastic pressure plate is installed in front of the paper-feeding machine to ensure the smooth feed-in of the bending pressboard.
Printing unit:
Metal mesh wire roller, alternative for 180 and 200 grids
Electric separation and compound unit, pneumatically tightens.
Mechanical phase adjustment, read by dial
Fission location facility, ensure the relative position of each printing plate remains constant in separation and compounding.
Septum pump supplies the ink, when it stops working, the mesh wire roller will separate pneumatically with automatic operation.
Slotting unit:
