This series machine adopts double rollers moving rolling pressing tape, to make low, middle, high corrugated paperboard once to finish slicing line, slicing corner, rolling line pressing trace, hitting hole, hitting button orders and so on. This machine adopts chain feeding the paper sheet, with high precision and easy to operation.
1. The template phase and left-right move could adjust by electric numerical control, the screen show and adjust the adjust the cutting size, the phase could adjust by buttons.
2. The die-cutting roller was control by servo motor, and with the rubber cushions repair system, the rubber cushion could self-repair, the servo system could automatic calculate and control printing speed, make sure high precision and protect the cutting tools.
3. Main driving parts adopts non-button joint roller type.

Technical Instruction of the Equipment
◇ The die cutter phase is controlled by computer and electric digit with 360°adjustment.
◇ The die cutting scraper could be adjusted horizontally with compyter and electric digit control randing from +5mm to -5mm.
◇ Uniflair glue diecutting cushion roller servo traces simultaneously,when the restored roller is input inside the servo computer system,it will calculate accurately and automatically and follow the print speed to ensurethe velocity of blade line the same as the cushion roller and makethe formation of the die cutting beautiful and same in size.No matter how the diameter of the cushion changes,the die cutting plate will not be damaged.The upper and lower roller of the die cutting adopts the design of different size,the servo system ensure the automatic deviation of the cushion and cutting die for every circle,which greatly lengthen the service life of the cushion;in addition,the renovated cushion could be used for many times and greatly reduce the use cost.
◇ The cushion roller's mechanical,horizontal and cam facility from +35mm to -35mmcould raise the servic e life of the cushion of the die-cutting.
◇ The light alloy aluminum back-kick vacuum adsorption paper feed mechanism with serveral groups of rolling bearing to ensure more steady machinery operation.
Left and right baffle and back baffle position are controlled by computer and electric digit;the side baffle is equipped with pneumatic trimming facilities.
