Part One: Whole machine function

1. Feeding table
With manual and automatic type to operate, adopt imported photoelectric sensor to make sure the carton sheets stay in top, high sensitive; lift-down drive motor with brake function, make sure table remain in a fixed position, no glissade.

2. Front-section feeding
1) Adopts imported gluing wheel, copper and stainless steel raw materials, make sure resistant to rust.
2) The belt adopts wrinkle type, prevent carton sheet glissade.
3) Upper feeding wheels adopts wear-resisting rubber, make sure feeding sheets accuracy.
4) Gluing wheels upper frame manual move, ensure light-move.

3. Middle-section feeding
1）Adopt imported photoelectric sensor to make sure the carton sheets stay in top，high sensitive and ensure storage volume.
2）Carton sheet adopts single-shaft gear shaft move, ensure light-move.
3）Manual adjust back-baffle position.
4）The belt adopts wrinkle type, prevent carton sheet glissade.
5）Adopt imported photoelectric sensor, high sensitive and automatic count

4. Carton sheets feeding
1） Manual adjust carton size, easy to operate.
2）Set production quantity, automatic count and stop when finish..
